We hope that you enjoy using Bridaloop as much as we have enjoyed creating it. We try our best to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, but we know that in the real world things don't always go according to plan.

If you are having any difficulties using the Bridaloop website please contact us at help@bridaloop.com. We'll aim to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Buyers - if the issue is with a dress that you have purchased from a seller please note that you will need to contact the seller to resolve the issue (please read our FAQs for our suggestions on how to go about this). If you have made every reasonable attempt at this, please contact us at help@bridaloop.com and we will do our best to assist you. Funds are released to the seller after 5 working days so please ensure that you have inspected and are satisfied with your purchase before this time.

Sellers - if you're not quite happy with the way a transaction has gone, you should contact the buyer directly to resolve the issue (our FAQs explain more on this). Again, if you have made every reasonable attempt at this, please contact us at help@bridaloop.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If you have loved using Bridaloop and have absolutely nothing to complain about then please tell us (we like a pat on the back now and again) and tell your friends.
